At Plyfe I worked closely with the engineering team to find issues with the service and trouble shooted to help resolve these issues. I created, modified and executed test scripts as needed and I was responsible for all documentation and reporting of known issues. I also responded to the support emails when users had problems with our website.

Lasuni is an online virtual world for teenagers 13+. It's a fun and safe environment for teens to make new friends and express themselves in multiple ways. Users can play mini games, create and complete quests, customise their avatar, create their own rooms, level up, complete skills and more.
I worked for Lasuni as their Community Director. My main responsibilities were to create, run, and manage events on the website and in the game. Manage all of the social networks such as Twitter and Facebook. I also was very close to the community and listened to what they wanted, what they liked, what they disliked, and relayed it back to the development team.
